Japan Rugby Football Union held the 2nd Child Fund “Pass It Back” program in Beppu, Oita with the cooperation of Beppu city, Oita Prefecture from July 29th (Monday) to August 1 (Thursday).

The program invited junior high school students from Laos which is one of the countries to deploy “Pass It Back” program, Australia (Aboriginals) and junior high school students from Japan. One of the aims for this program is to deliver and teach the participants about the importance of SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals) through rugby's core values (quality, passion, unity, discipline, respect) in 4 days. This was the second time following the tournament that was held from March 27th to March 30th, 2019, inviting junior high school students in Vietnam.
